This policy explains what Breakthru Technology (“BreakThru Wellness”, “we”) collects on break-thru.ggtrust.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only. Our reference library at break-thru.tech and the other Global Genius Trust network sites publish their own notices.

What we collect
- Orders. When you buy from our shop we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the contents of your order. This is the information we need to take payment, ship the goods and handle returns.
- Payments. We do not see or store your full card number. Card details are entered into, and processed by, our payment provider (WooPayments, operated by Stripe). We receive only the result of the transaction and a masked reference.
- Forms. Our contact form and the grower, post-harvest and golf-turf intake questionnaires collect the details you type into them — typically name, email, phone or messaging handle, country, and your description of your operation or question.
- Accounts. If you create a customer account we store your username, email address, order history and saved addresses.
- Server logs. Our web server records IP address, date and time, the page requested, referring page and browser user-agent for every request, as standard operational logging.
Cookies and similar technology
We set cookies that are necessary for the site to function: your shopping cart and session, your login if you have an account, and your language selection in the translation widget. Third-party services embedded in our pages (see below) may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the cart, checkout and account areas will not work correctly if you do.
Third parties that process data for us
- WooPayments / Stripe — payment processing and fraud checks.
- CleanTalk — spam filtering on forms and comments; it receives submission content and IP address in order to score it.
- GTranslate — on-page translation; page text is sent to the translation service when you switch language.
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Google Listings & Ads — product listing data is sent to Google; if advertising or analytics tags are active, Google may set cookies for measurement.
- Calendly — used on some pages for scheduling; bookings are handled on Calendly’s systems under their own privacy notice.
- Our hosting provider — stores the site, its database and its server logs on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We process order and account data because it is necessary to perform the contract you entered into when you bought from us. We process form submissions on the basis of your request that we respond to you. We process server logs and spam-filtering data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and free of abuse. Where we send marketing email, we do so only with your consent, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and consumer-protection law requires, which in the United States is generally seven years. Contact-form and questionnaire submissions are kept for up to three years so we can pick up an existing conversation. Server logs are rotated within 30 days. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. Requests that would conflict with a legal retention duty — for example, deleting a paid invoice — we will explain rather than silently ignore.

Security, children and changes
The site is served over HTTPS and administrative access is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
